Pre-Season Stoke: Burke Mountain's East Bowl

My favorite trail sign of all time.

The pre-season is fast becoming "the season" as ski areas have been opening around New England.  Killington, Sugarloaf, Stowe and Sunday River all have the guns firing and lifts running.  Others are soon to follow.

The Nor'Easter crew has been forwarding videos to one-another for the past couple of weeks getting pumped for this year's ski season.

I took some footage from a trip to East Bowl at Burke last year and constructed some video proof that even a bad snow year is a good year in the Bowl.  Enjoy:
